Two-factor authentication migration

As part of the migration of the Wildix platform to make 2FA compulsory, to allow SoftTrain Cloud to manage authentication tokens for any products integrated with Wildix, we need the QR code from the PBX.  In order to generate the QR code, please complete the following steps:

2. Select PBX --> Security

3. Click on the [Show QR Code] button

4. Right-click on the QR code and save the image as PNG

5. Ensure the filename is the same as the domain for the PBX replacing {your-pbx} with the name of the PBX from the URL:

{your-pbx}.wildixin.com.png

6. Please then email the images across to support@softtrain.co.uk
